Enrolment for all courses in term 4 closes on Friday 3rd February 2012
Once a class is confirmed to commence, enrolment forms can still be accepted.
ENROLMENT FORMS AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE TO 'PO BOX 3281 MORNINGTON 3931'.
NO VISA CARD PAYMENTS CAN BE ACCEPTED.
PAYMENT PREFERENCE IS BY DIRECT DEPOSIT (account numbers listed on enrolment form)
CHEQUES AND MONEY ORDERS ALSO ACCEPTED
IF AN ORGANISATION IS PAYING FOR YOU TO ATTEND, PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR ENROLMENT FORM BY THE DUE DATE AND INDICATE ON THE FORM THAT WE NEED TO INVOICE THE ORGANISATION (please provide a contact name and email to send the invoice to).
NOTE - There is no refund of fees once a course commences or if you pull out.
