In 2005, The Auslan Company was established by myself, Darren Roberts. Today we are the largest provider of Auslan Community and Workplace Auslan Professional Development courses in Australia, as well as providing Disability Awareness Training under the government funded Employment Assistance Fund. The Auslan Company employs up to 8 Deaf Teachers each term to travel throughout Victoria and Australia providing the necessary Auslan Training. The Auslan Company is the only Auslan Training Organisation that is owned and run by DEAF people in Australia. We are unique, innovative and our teachers ensure that each course is interactive and enjoyable. Our 6 week courses are now taking enrolments for term 1 2012 in 10 different locations (so far!!).
